With our new partner, we guarantee that all customs costs associated with your orders are covered by Meishee before shipping. This means you won't have to worry about unexpected fees when receiving your order. We fully assume these costs to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience.

We understand the importance of offering transparency and reliability throughout the entire purchasing process, and this partnership reinforces our commitment to these core values.

Therefore, starting from this date, our customs fee policy is as follows:

  • All customs costs are covered by Meishee in partnership with our new partner.
  • You will not be subject to customs fees upon receiving your orders.
  • We will continue to provide transparent communication and regular updates on the status of your orders.

International Origin Products

At Meishee, your products are shipped directly from our factory, outside your country, through our partnership with the new partner.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are imported as they are not manufactured within our territory. Our delivery timeframe varies between 5 to 9 business days, and may extend up to 14 business days depending on the region. Please note that the delivery timeframe begins counting after the order is shipped.

We send tracking codes via Email and WhatsApp within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Shipping is done at this same moment.

2. Separate Shipments

Orders with more than one different product or more than 3 units of the same product may be shipped in separate boxes without prior notice. This is done to avoid overweight. In this case, we will provide a tracking code for each package.

3. Incorrect Information on the Order, What to Do?

If you made a mistake filling out your address, please email us on the day you placed the order so we can update your address before it is shipped. We cannot make any corrections after the order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to an incorrectly filled out delivery address on our website.

Filling out the information correctly on our website is the responsibility of each customer, so if the order is not delivered, we are not responsible for refunding the amount paid.

4. Miscellaneous Issues

Tracking not available: As this is an International Shipment, it is necessary to use the tracking system provided on our website, as the tracking code is only available after the product is shipped.

Tracking not updating: The tracking code updates periodically. If your tracking code has not yet updated to indicate the product's arrival, please wait a few more days or contact our support.

Says it was delivered but I didn't receive it: If the tracking code indicates it was delivered but you did not receive it, please immediately contact neighbors, responsible persons at the location (porters, cleaners), residents of the house or condominium. It is worth remembering that often contacting the local postal service assists in solving the case, as they have access to the name of who received the order, which can facilitate location. We do not issue refunds or chargebacks if your order is marked as delivered, as we have incurred logistical, operational, and merchandise expenses.

Unattended Mail Carrier: If the mail carrier is not attended or the customer does not pick up the product at the designated delivery location when requested, to proceed with reissue or refund, a fee will be charged.

Unfortunately, due to the logistical costs involved and the treatment of the product as abandoned, we lose the product, as its reintroduction to our store's stock is prevented.

Important Notices

When purchasing a product from our store, the customer must be aware that it is not possible to expedite delivery or cancel shipping after the tracking code arrives, nor is it possible to provide an exact delivery date.

Due to the impossibility of predicting an exact delivery date for orders, Meishee will not be responsible under any circumstances for delivering products before specific events for the customer (Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, etc.), since the importation process depends on clearance by the relevant authorities and postal services.
